Soppteater - Tanter på rymmen
Apollon, Folkets Hus Kulturhuset, Trollhättan
Selma searches for her late husband. Elsa longs for her new love. They live in the same nursing home, are each other's opposites - yet decide to run away together. It is the start of an adventure neither of them expected.
The performance weaves fairy tales by H. C. Andersen, Elsa Beskow and Selma Lagerlöf into a story about two women who refuse to give up, despite grief, age and longing.
On stage are Mette Marqvardsen and Debbie Z Rennie, both known from Riksteatern Crea's earlier productions. The text is written by Marqvardsen and Rennie, directed by Lars Otterstedt and Mindy Drapsa, makeup and costumes by Anna Olofson and Lars Otterstedt, voice work by Kristina Snow.
The performance is in Swedish sign language with interpretation into spoken Swedish. From age 6. Duration: 1 hour.
