Pasta Basta - Learn to Make Filled Pasta

During the evening, you will learn to make handmade filled pasta together with pasta course instructor and sommelier Bianca from Reko Deli. You will experience what a proper pasta dough should feel like, and learn to shape pasta in different colours, forms and flavours inspired by northern Italian cuisine.

Bianca will also guide you through how to pair pasta dishes with wine, and offer tips on how you can match food and drink at home. The course concludes with a shared dinner where you eat what you have prepared together.

Throughout the evening, you have the opportunity to ask Bianca questions about pasta, cooking, flavour and ecological sustainability.

The price is 1 395 kr per person and includes dinner, wine with the meal, recipes and a goodie bag. An alcohol-free beverage option is offered to participants under 18 years old.
