Filmstadens Dag 2026

On Saturday 29 August, Gamla Filmstaden in Råsunda opens its doors for Filmstadens Dag 2026. Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy live music, performances, film quizzes and talks - plus waffles and hot dogs.

Children and young people can try their hand at filmmaking under the guidance of film educators, with no advance registration required. The cinema shows films all day long. The full programme will be released in August.
