Gothenburg Swedish Tasting Tour - Saluhallen and Seafood Experience

The tour begins at Stora Saluhallen, where your guide takes you to selected merchants and delicatessen shops. You taste locally produced Swedish cheeses, traditional game, and other Swedish specialities, and learn about Swedish food traditions, craftsmanship, and local ingredients.

From there, the group walks through the city centre towards Feskekörka, while the guide shares stories about Gothenburg's history and the food culture of Sweden's west coast. At Feskekörka, you discover the city's seafood heritage. The tour concludes here, and you then have the chance to explore the market further or enjoy lunch on your own.
