RAMEN POP UP with Sansho Ramen

On 12 August (16-21), Sansho Ramen takes over Stallets kitchen for the evening and serves handmade ramen prepared from scratch using their own ingredients. The bar remains open as usual.

Two dishes on the menu:

Shoyu Ramen - chicken broth topped with pork belly, marinated egg and seasonal vegetables.

Vegetarian Ramen - vegetable broth made from chickpeas and mushrooms, topped with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.
