Wallmans celebrates 35 years with a new dinner show premiering on 3 September. The concept started in 1991 at Teatergatan 3 in Stockholm and was Sweden's first dinner show of this kind - since then it has spread throughout Scandinavia.

The artists are also the evening's serving staff and guide guests through the night. Between courses, everything from classics to modern hits is performed.

Autumn Menu 3 September - 7 November 2026

- LOBSTER SOUP - with lemon cream, butter-poached fennel and dill oil
- ROASTED BEETROOT & GOAT CHEESE - roasted beetroot, goat cheese cream, silver onion, shiitake, roasted walnuts and brioche
- LOW-TEMPERATURE BEEF FILLET - with almond potato puree, butter-glazed yellow carrot, black truffle and madeira sauce
- DARK CHOCOLATE CRÉMEUX - with sea buckthorn, lemon cream and cocoa crumble

Vegetarian Autumn Menu:
- ROASTED PUMPKIN SOUP - with lemon cream, butter-poached fennel and dill oil
- ROASTED BEETROOT & GOAT CHEESE - roasted beetroot, goat cheese cream, silver onion, shiitake, roasted walnuts and brioche
- AUTUMN'S GOLD - chanterelle risotto, black truffle, browned butter, sage and aged cheese
- DARK CHOCOLATE CRÉMEUX - with sea buckthorn, lemon cream and cocoa crumble

- THREE TYPES OF BREAD - served with whipped butter, gubbröra and skagenröra
- SMOKED SALMON - with horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, fennel and roasted buckwheat
- LOW-TEMPERATURE BEEF FILLET - with potato cake, red wine sauce, roasted Brussels sprouts and pickled red onion
- GOTTEBORD - a generous selection of Christmas sweet favourites

Vegetarian Christmas Menu:
- THREE TYPES OF BREAD - served with whipped butter, vegetarian gubbröra and vegetarian skagenröra
- SMOKED RUTABAGA - with horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, fennel, roasted buckwheat and crispy seaweed caviar
- STUFFED SAVOY CABBAGE - with mushrooms, beluga lentils, potato cake, vegetarian red wine sauce, roasted Brussels sprouts and pickled red onion
- GOTTEBORD - a generous selection of Christmas sweet favourites
