Salons and Green Stories at Lilla Änggården
Göteborgs stadsmuseum, Gothenburg
Lilla Änggård is a house, a home, a garden and a park with a history spanning three centuries. The estate is located in the Änggården district at the edge of the Änggårdsbergen nature reserve, and inside is a well-preserved home from the Grén Broberg family, who donated the property to the city of Gothenburg. The tour moves through the house's salons and out into the garden, concluding at the urban cultivation area.
The tours are included in the museum's admission ticket. Places are limited and advance booking is required - maximum five bookings per person. Remember to cancel your booking if you have any conflicts: bokningar.stadsmuseet@kultur.goteborg.se. Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Meeting point is at Lilla Änggården's courtyard. The address is Thorild Wulffsgatan 75 / Hejderidaregatan 15 - the house is white and located up in a garden at the end of the street. Note limited physical accessibility: stairs, thresholds and narrow spaces are present.
