Season Presentation

Malmö Opera's season presentation is a performance in its own right, featuring music and singing from the upcoming season's productions - not just information. Opera singers Lotte Ohlander and Nils Gustén travel together with pianist Johan Reis on a tour through Skåne, presenting a programme that guides the audience through opera, musical theatre, and orchestral works. Well-known classics blend with entirely new material.

Lotte Ohlander is a mezzo-soprano who sings both opera and musical theatre. She has performed numerous roles at Ystad Theatre and frequently appears at Malmö Opera, where she has performed in "Fiddler on the Roof", "Beauty and the Beast", and "The Sound of Music".

Nils Gustén is a bass who has performed many roles at Malmö Opera - on the main stage, in the Opera Workshop, and on tour. His roles include Mars in "Orpheus in the Underworld", Pistola in "Falstaff", and Don Magnifico in "Cinderella".

Johan Reis is a freelance pianist and conductor with extensive experience in opera. He is frequently engaged by Malmö Opera, has worked with several well-known pop artists, and collaborates closely with opera singer Rickard Söderberg.
