I list & lust

Malmö Opera presents "I list & lust" at Kulturhuset Björnen in Åstorp on Sunday, 1 November 2026 at 4:00 PM. The production combines two classic comic operas from the 18th century - Pergolesi's "La serva padrona" and Telemann's "Pimpinone" - in a modernized version. Malmö Opera is touring this autumn with seven performances across different venues in Sweden, and Åstorp is one of these stops. Both operas tell of servant girls who scheme their way up the social ladder, performed with Baroque music blended with more contemporary elements. The performance runs just under two hours including an intermission and is suitable for ages 14 and up. Tickets cost 300 kronor regular price, 200 kronor for members, and are free for young people.
