About: José González

Göteborg-born, Argentine-rooted José González plays solo classical guitar with a quiet intensity that has earned him over a billion streams and a Nobel Prize ceremony performance. His fifth album, Against the Dying of the Light (2026), keeps his signature acoustic minimalism while turning its gaze outward - toward technology, ethics and what we leave behind.
