In autumn 2026, two renowned Västerbotten actors take on the challenge of bringing Torgny Lindgren's prose to life. Mattias Fransson, known from films including Klungan and Mammas nya kille, and Ellenor Lindgren, who has long worked in Sara Lidman's literary world, now give voice to Störstorden.

Ellenor Lindgren has assembled a selection of Lindgren's short stories into a dramatic adaptation where words are concrete and precise - they become flesh, utterly and completely. The production is described as a grotesque and bombastic staging, created in collaboration with choreographer Sara Ribbenstedt, humour consultant and directorial eye Helena Lindegren, and Västerbottensteatern's artistic director and director Johanna Salander.
