Kindfulness Gatherings

Kindfulness Gatherings is an intimate themed evening for women in Stockholm seeking meaningful conversation and genuine connection beyond small talk. Eight women meet in a living-room setting at Terapihuset in Vasastan, guided by relationship therapist Jivan Dios.

The evening includes reflection, laughter, Greek-inspired small bites, and alcohol-free sparkling drinks. Come alone or with someone you know - and share as much or as little as feels right.
