About: The Mission

Formed from the ashes of the Sisters of Mercy, The Mission spent the late 1980s and 1990s racking up UK Top 40 hits and gold albums - 'Tower of Strength', 'Wasteland' and 'Butterfly on a Wheel' among them. Nearly four decades on, the Leeds goth veterans are still on the road and working on new material.
