Slow Looking

Research shows that on average we spend just under 8 seconds in front of an artwork. Slow looking flips that on its head: what do you see if you instead give yourself 5, 15, or 30 minutes with the same work?

Throughout the autumn, the group meets at Smålands museum on three occasions, each time around a selected artwork. No prior knowledge is needed and there are no right answers - just time to look properly.
