About the venue

Aula Nordica is the main ceremonial hall of Umeå University, opened in 2012 and designed by Henning Larsen Architects. With seating for over 1,800 people, it hosts graduation ceremonies, concerts and large conferences. The building stands on the university campus and is noted for its bright, timber-clad interior.
