Ariane Matiakh (fodt 1980) er en fransk dirigent som har bygget karrieren sin ved operahus og symfoniorkestre over hele Europa. Som datter av to operasangere studerte hun dirigering i Wien og fikk sitt internasjonale gjennombrudd i 2006 da hun med kort varsel erstattet James Conlon i Sjostakovitsjs syvende symfoni. Fra sesongen 2022/23 er hun sjefsdirigent for Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen, og som gjestekapellmester har hun blant annet ledet Orchestre de Paris, Sveriges Radios Symfoniorkester og Royal Opera House i London.
Matiakh released a recording of Koechlin's Symphony No. 1 with the Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen and soprano Patricia Petibon on the Capriccio label.
For the 2025/26 season, Matiakh leads a new production of Janácek's The Cunning Little Vixen at Stuttgart Staatsoper and Philippe Leroux's L'Annonce faite à Marie at the Théâtre du Châtelet.
In the 2024/25 season Matiakh made her debut at Deutsche Oper Berlin conducting Carmen and at La Monnaie conducting the new opera Fanny and Alexander by Mikael Karlsson.
Matiakh signed with the British agency Askonas Holt for worldwide representation.
Matiakh was promoted to Officier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Minister of Culture on 17 October 2022.
