About

Albert Cummings is an American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter from Williamstown, Massachusetts, who came to music relatively late - he was 27 before he played his first public gig, having trained as a master builder. His 2003 solo debut From the Heart, produced by Stevie Ray Vaughan's former rhythm section Double Trouble, put him on the blues map, and a string of albums on Blind Pig and Provogue Records built him into a touring headliner across the US and Europe. His tenth album Strong (2024) debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues Chart.
