Alesso (Alessandro Renato Rodolfo Lindblad, born 7 July 1991 in Stockholm) is a Swedish DJ and record producer specialising in progressive house. He broke through internationally around 2011 under the mentorship of Sebastian Ingrosso, and has since collaborated with Calvin Harris, Tove Lo, Martin Garrix, Katy Perry and Zara Larsson, among others. His 2014 single 'Heroes (we could be)' reached #1 on the US Billboard Dance chart and has accumulated nearly 850 million Spotify streams.
Alesso released 'FADE', his first collaboration with Australian electronic rock band Pendulum, on 6 February 2026, alongside the announcement of his first-ever US headline tour.
Alesso's first US headline tour opened at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado on 25 April 2026, with further dates in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Alesso is scheduled to perform at Palmesus festival in Kristiansand, Norway on 26 June 2026, and at Skansen in Stockholm on 27 June 2026.
In 2025, Alesso performed at the Esports World Cup Opening Ceremony alongside GRAMMY-nominated cellist Tina Gou, playing a remix of 'Ascension'.
Alesso released chart-topping singles 'Surrender' with Becky Hill, 'Inside Our Hearts' with Martin Garrix, and 'Destiny' with SACHA during 2025.
