Christian Lindberg is a Swedish trombonist and conductor who has established the trombone as a serious solo instrument on the international concert stage. He has premiered hundreds of works written for him and also composes his own music, including Mandrake in the Corner. He regularly appears with major orchestras as both soloist and conductor.
