About

Dawn Landes is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Louisville, Kentucky, who built her career in New York before settling in North Carolina. She has released six studio albums since 2005, ranging from folk and Americana to French-language pop, and her 2014 album Bluebird - featuring Norah Jones - won the Independent Music Award for Folk/Singer-Songwriter Album of the Year. Beyond recording, she is an accomplished producer and engineer who has worked at Philip Glass's personal studio, and she wrote the music and lyrics for the musical ROW, which premiered at Williamstown Theater Festival in 2021.
