Lagwagon is an American punk rock band from Goleta, California, formed in 1990 under frontman Joey Cape. The first act ever signed to Fat Wreck Chords, they helped define the West Coast melodic hardcore and skate punk sound of the 1990s alongside peers like Green Day and Rancid - yet turned down major-label deals to stay independent for their entire career. Nine studio albums in, from the 1992 debut Duh through to Railer (2019), they retain a devoted underground following across North America, Europe and Asia.
Lagwagon played two nights at The Fillmore in San Francisco in May 2026 as part of a run celebrating 35 years of Fat Wreck Chords.
The band announced a 2026 European tour performing Hoss and Let's Talk About Feelings in full at festivals and club shows.
Lagwagon is confirmed for Wacken Open Air 2026 in Germany (July 29 - August 1).
The band's current tour spans at least 8 countries with 21 upcoming concerts as of mid-2026.
Founding bassist Jesse Buglione briefly returned to the band in late 2024 to fill in for Joe Raposo.
