American rock band The Fray performs their Autumn Light Tour at B-K in Stockholm.
The Fray is an American rock band from Denver, Colorado, formed in 2002. Piano-driven alt-rock and emotionally direct songwriting brought them global recognition, above all through the RIAA Diamond-certified single "How to Save a Life" (2005), which spent 58 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and became a cultural touchstone via the TV series Grey's Anatomy. After a decade-long hiatus and the 2022 departure of co-founder Isaac Slade, the trio of Joe King, Dave Welsh and Ben Wysocki returned in 2024 and released their fifth studio album, A Light That Waits, in March 2026.
The Fray released their fifth studio album A Light That Waits on March 13, 2026 - their first full-length record since Helios in 2014.
The band announced the Summer of Light Tour, a 36-city North American run from May to August 2026 with Dashboard Confessional as main support.
Red Light Management confirmed a separate Autumn Light Tour across the UK and Europe in fall 2026.
The Fray released the EP The Fray Is Back on September 27, 2024 - their first new music in a decade - and launched a US headline tour.
Co-founder and original lead vocalist Isaac Slade announced his departure from the band in March 2022; Joe King took over lead vocal duties.
