Guided Tours of Gunnebo Castle

On the castle tour, you will walk through the state rooms and continue up to the smaller guest rooms on the upper floor. You will hear stories about the Hall family - their rise and fall - and how architect Carlberg's artistic ideas and international influences shaped the castle. The guide also shares personal favorite anecdotes about Gothenburg's notable figures from the 18th to 20th centuries.

The tour starts outside the castle's south entrance under the stairs.

June 6-28 - Saturdays and Sundays in Swedish, with departures at 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00. Descriptions of each room are available in English, German, French and Russian.

July 1-31 - daily in Swedish and English, 13:00-13:50.
