Food and Myth is a musical lecture - an entertaining mix of hundreds of questions about what's on our plates. Doctor Henrik Widegren from SVT's Fråga Lund sorts out what's true and false when it comes to food and health, with facts, music, song and laughter. In a reasonably know-it-all way. And he's brought his guitar too - if we're lucky, it's in tune.
