About the venue: Carlstens Fästning

Carlstens fästning is a well-preserved 17th-century fortress perched on the rock above Marstrand. Construction began in the 1650s and the site served for many years as both a military stronghold and a state prison - the notorious Lasse-Maja was among its inmates. Today the fortress hosts concerts, theatre performances and guided tours within its old walls.

One of Sweden's most enduring soul and pop voices, Titiyo has been releasing acclaimed albums since 1989 and holds four Grammis awards alongside a place in the Swedish Music Hall of Fame. Her latest record, Hemland (2025), is a Swedish-language covers album backed by a concert hall tour.
