Bach Jazz

The trio Bach Jazz has created cohesive pieces where Bach's compositions meet the freedom of improvisation - suggestive, playful and intimate, equally inspired by Jan Johansson and George Harrison as by Miles Davis and Nils Frahm.

Their debut album (2024) was named "Jazz of the Month" by Dagens Nyheter and "Chamber Jazz of the Year" by Lira Musikmagasin. The trio has also been heard on Sveriges Radio P2, appeared on Go'kväll, and participated in the cultural programme Sverige! on SVT. Throughout 2025 they have performed at venues including Jazzklubb Fasching in Stockholm, Victoria Teatern in Malmö, and S:ta Birgittas Kapell in Gothenburg - and by year's end they expect to have completed around 30 concerts across the country.
