CANCER DANCE

Nadja Hjorton brings her solo ballet CANCER DANCE to Hörsalen in Norrköping on Saturday, 31 October 2026. The performance is the choreographer's own personal story - when she turned 40, she became a theatre director and received a breast cancer diagnosis at the same time. Hjorton has created a work that moves from the intimately personal to the grand, where the body, fear, and transformation take centre stage. This Swedish tour spans three dates, and the Norrköping performance is the final one in the series. The piece explores both the difficult - the chaos of cells, the loss of control - and what remained: family, life, hope.
