Sofie won a comedy award in 2015, and she thinks we stopped talking about it far too soon. Remember TV? Yes, she was on there too. Maybe you recognise her from that - but more likely you know her from the internet, where she's been both funny and angry. But most likely you don't know her at all.

Despite her excellent foresight, she never saw it coming that fascists would take over. She tweeted so much about feminism. So how can this happen?

Sofie has always tried to do the right thing, but now she must ask herself: did she do the right thing? And what should she, with her last remaining freedom of speech, say? It has to be good. She has to be good.

Sofie Hagen is a multi-award-winning stand-up comedian who began her career in Denmark and then made a name for herself in London through performances on Netflix, Comedy Central, BBC and ITV, as well as through her highly successful TedxTalk. Her two books "Happy Fat" and "Will I Ever Have Sex Again?" have been published in countries around the world. Described as "disarmingly honest and funny" and "the voice of generation overshare", her feminist stand-up shows have sold out at festivals such as Edinburgh Fringe and Melbourne Comedy Festival.
