Organ Concert: Anna von Hausswolff in Depth

Gothenburg-based artist Anna von Hausswolff performs an instrumental organ concert moving through music from her works All Thoughts Fly and The Lower Depths. The first is inspired by the Italian sculpture park Sacro Bosco and was recorded on the baroque organ in Örgryte nya kyrka; the second was written for the Dramaten production Natthärbärget. Her latest album Iconoclasts has been hailed as one of 2025's best albums.

The arrangements are created by Anna von Hausswolff, Filip Leyman, and saxophonist Otis Sandsjö. The concert is performed by three organists and three woodwind players, with sound processing and electronics in a surround system - together with the Concert Hall organ's 9,000 pipes.
