Tour with Kollektivkompaniet Kolko

A dance performance for the youngest children and their caregivers.

Rundgång is a dance performance centred on the relationship between baby and adult. Together they experience and explore movement and space - the performance is interactive and based on a dance echo: the movement starts in the baby, is taken up by the dancers' bodies, and then returned to the baby to absorb in their own way.

The performance was created by KollektivKompaniet KolKo and developed in 2015 under the artistic direction of choreographer Dalija Acin Thelander, in collaboration with reference groups of babies and their caregivers. The stage space was designed by set designer Linda Irenedotter and adapted to the developmental stage of the target audience - a soft floor and soft walls frame the performance area so the baby can crawl freely.
