Crescendo - Ewan Svensson quartet feat. Hannah Svensson

Hannah and Ewan Svensson - father and daughter - have drawn attention for their playful interplay in the duo "Two Generations" since their debut album Some Favorite Things (2012). Now they perform in a new lineup together with Simon Westman (piano), Yashito Mori (bass) and Magnus Gran (drums). The repertoire ranges from classic standards to original compositions, drawing influences from Duke Ellington to trumpeter Kenny Wheeler.

Hannah Svensson is a singer, songwriter and artist with six albums to her name, and is counted among Sweden's leading jazz vocalists. Ewan Svensson has been among the country's foremost jazz guitarists since the 1980s and has around twenty albums of his own - the latest from 2025, which has received strong reviews in Sweden and abroad.
