Vasas Flora och Fauna

About

Vasas flora och fauna is a Finland-Swedish indie pop trio from Vaasa, Ostrobothnia, formed in 2012 by Mattias Björkas, Tina Kärkinen and Daniel Ventus. They were the first act to make serious pop music in the Ostrobothnian Swedish dialect, and their debut album 'Släkt med Lotta Svärd' (2015) quickly earned the status of a modern Nordic classic. Their fifth album, 'Berg i dagen', was released in October 2025.
