Emmi Christensson & Rickard Söderberg - En Fridfull Jul

Emmi Christensson and Rickard Söderberg return with the Christmas concert "En fridfull jul". Following last year's string of sold-out performances, the two embark once again on a winter tour with a programme that blends beloved numbers from the previous year with new material.

Returning to the stage is pianist Johan Reis, and this year the ensemble is further strengthened by cellist Anna Wallgren.

Emmi Christensson is known from the musicals The Sound of Music, West Side Story, and Les Misérables. Her international breakthrough came in the role of Christine in The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's Theatre in London - a role she later reprised in the Swedish production at Cirkus in Stockholm, with Peter Jöback as the Phantom. Rickard Söderberg trained at the Royal Theatre in Copenhagen and has established himself as one of Sweden's most beloved opera singers, with a repertoire spanning from Baroque operas and Mozart to oratorios and concerts.
