Ett hjärta i dagens läge
Lisa, approaching seventy, is accused of a serious crime. During her police interrogation, she begins to tell her story - and soon she is the one controlling the conversation, while reality slowly twists out of shape. Something happened on the platform, but what?
Ann Petrén and Anna Wallander meet in an eerie interrogation drama with a keen eye for the sad comedy of everyday life. Piece by piece, the ominous puzzle of Lisa's worldview emerges: is she a victim or a perpetrator - or both?
The play is written by John Ajvide Lindqvist and directed by Anna Takanen, who previously directed Ajvide Lindqvist's "De obehöriga" at St. Paul's Church in Stockholm in 2019 - the production where the character Lisa first saw the light of day. The drama explores the consequences of loneliness and insecurity, and the unwillingness to bear guilt.
"Whoever has a heart in these times does best to stay hidden and keep quiet. That's how it has become. In our beloved Sweden." - Lisa in "Ett hjärta i dagens läge"
