Långbord i Stallet

In collaboration with Saba from The Culinary Farm, Mejeriet hosts a long-table dinner celebrating Nordic food culture, small-scale farming, and seasonal ingredients. Local producers and guest chefs contribute to give each dish a story - from field to table.

The evening includes a five-course dinner composed of artisanal ingredients, plus a drinks package with approximately 6 servings of local wines, craft cider, and beer. There is also an opportunity to meet the people behind the flavours - farmers, brewers, and chefs.

Seating is limited to 40 per occasion. Early Bird tickets cost 1,500 kr per person until midsummer, then 1,800 kr per person. Menu details and guest chef information will be announced in spring, but dates are confirmed and booking is open.
