On 7 August, two large Viking ships Saga Farmann and Vidfamne visit Nya Älvsborgs fortress. Take the ferry with Strömma or Styrsöbolaget to see them up close - onboard tours are free and run from 13:00 to 15:00.

At the fortress you can also walk around, listen to the digital guide, and enjoy refreshments at the café.
