Crucified Barbara are an all-female hard rock and heavy metal band from Stockholm, formed in 1998. Over four studio albums between 2005 and 2014 they built a reputation as one of Sweden's hardest-touring rock acts, playing clubs and festivals on four continents. After splitting in 2016 they announced a reunion in October 2024, returning to the stage at Sweden Rock Festival in June 2025.
Crucified Barbara played their first concert in more than nine years at Sweden Rock Festival in Sölvesborg on June 7, 2025.
Following Sweden Rock, the band continued their reunion run at Resurrection Fest in Viveiro, Spain, and several other European festivals through summer 2025.
The band announced their reunion in October 2024, citing the 20th anniversary of debut album 'In Distortion We Trust' as the occasion.
