Doro is a German rock singer, born Dorothee Pesch in 1964 in Düsseldorf. She rose to fame in the 1980s as the frontwoman of heavy metal band Warlock before launching a long solo career. She is widely regarded as one of the most prominent female voices in heavy metal.
