About

The Temperance Movement are a British blues rock band formed in Glasgow in 2011, built around vocalist Phil Campbell and guitarists Paul Sayer and Luke Potashnick. Their three studio albums all charted in the UK Top 20, with 2018's A Deeper Cut reaching #6 - the highest debut in Earache Records' history at the time. After Campbell's departure in early 2020 left the band on indefinite hiatus, the original lineup reunited in late 2024 and returned to the road in 2025 to sold-out shows across the UK and Europe.
