Tungsten is a Swedish power/symphonic metal band founded in 2016 in Skåne by ex-HammerFall drummer Anders Johansson alongside his sons Nick (guitar) and Karl (bass, keys), with vocalist Mike Andersson rounding out the lineup. The band blends classic heavy metal structures with symphonic layers, progressive touches and Swedish folk influences, and has released four studio albums - most recently The Grand Inferno (2024) via Reigning Phoenix Music. Their fifth album, Ashes, is due in October 2026.
