About
U.K. Subs are a London punk band formed in 1976, counted among the earliest acts of the first wave of British punk. Fronted without interruption by vocalist Charlie Harper, they scored several UK Top 40 singles - including 'Stranglehold' and 'Warhead' - and placed their first four albums on the UK Albums Chart. Decades on, they remain an active touring force with over 20 studio albums to their name.
