A tasting of 12 award-winning Swedish artisanal cheeses - hard cheeses, semi-hard cheeses, white mould cheeses and blue mould cheeses from dairies across the country. The cheeses are served with typical Swedish accompaniments such as rye crispbread, spruce syrup and apple juice.
The tasting includes a lecture on Swedish cheese and Swedish cheese history by fromager Martin Ragnevad.
