About: She Past Away

Volkan Caner and Doruk Öztürkcan have spent nearly two decades crafting Turkish-language darkwave that draws equally from cold wave, gothic rock and post-punk - all sung in Turkish, which gives their brooding synth-and-guitar sound a distinctly singular edge. With Mizantrop out in 2026 and a packed European tour underway, the duo is as active as ever.
