ITH - I Trygga Händer - Course

I Trygga Händer (ITH) is a course for leadership teams on creating safe environments for children and young people. The course takes place on Saturday 10 October, 10:00-17:00, at Pingstkyrkan Norrköping, in collaboration between Pingstkyrkan Norrköping, Pingstkyrkan Linköping, and Pingst Ung.

During the day, a course instructor covers the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, different types of abuse (sexual, physical, psychological, and spiritual), online culture and vulnerability, mental health among young people, the leadership role among children and young people, safe environments, and confidentiality and reporting obligations. Coffee and lunch are served throughout the day.

The course is mandatory and free for leaders and volunteers in children's and youth work, as well as for parish leaders. Register by 1 October at the latest. More information about the course content is available at ITH | Pingst ung.
