About

Akvarium is a chamber opera with a libretto by poet Naima Chahboun and music by composer Roger Assar Johansson. It follows three characters - a woman gripped by climate anxiety, a homeless man, and a life coach - and examines individual responses to structural problems. The title comes from a list of pleasurable activities used in Swedish psychiatric practice.
