Myles Sanko (born 8 May 1980 in Accra, Ghana) is a British soul and jazz singer, songwriter, producer and cinematographer of Ghanaian and French heritage, who grew up in Cambridge. He launched his career independently in 2013 with the debut album 'Born In Black & White' on his own 213 Music label, which led to licensing deals in Germany, Japan and the Netherlands. Over the years he has collaborated with Gregory Porter, Martha High, China Moses and Grammy-winning conductor Gast Waltzing, earning praise from MOJO, Rolling Stone and BBC Radio 6. His sixth studio album 'Let It Unfold' (2024) was written, produced and mixed entirely by Sanko himself.
Myles Sanko released his sixth studio album 'Let It Unfold' on 4 October 2024 via his own 213 Music label, with a limited vinyl edition of 500 copies.
Sanko launched 'Let It Unfold' with a sold-out show at Ronnie Scott's in London, where his band - together for over a decade - drew strong reviews.
Sanko performed concerts in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Barcelos and Lisbon as part of his 2025 European tour.
Sanko played Schlosspark Schönhausen in Berlin in June 2025, continuing his European live schedule.
Sanko is scheduled to perform at Fort Konstantin in Koblenz in July 2025, with further dates across Europe into late 2025.
