Danish jazz trio Little North presents their album Crossing Currents at Nefertiti. With vibraphonist Joel Ross and saxophonist Hannes Bennich, they create a fusion of Nordic sound and international jazz energy.
Reinier Baas (b. 1985, Hilversum) is a Dutch guitarist, composer and bandleader whose music cuts across jazz, hip-hop, 20th-century classical and improvised music. He has released over eleven albums as a leader or co-leader, twice won the Edison Award - the Netherlands' top music prize - and in January 2026 was named winner of the Boy Edgar Prize, the most prestigious honour in Dutch jazz and improvised music. He teaches at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam and serves as artistic director of the Dutch National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NJJO) for the 2025-2026 season.
