Shout Out Louds are a Stockholm indie-pop band formed in 2001 by childhood friends Adam Olenius, Ted Malmros, Carl von Arbin, Eric Edman and Bebban Stenborg. Their 2003 debut 'Howl Howl Gaff Gaff' launched them onto the international circuit - tours with The Strokes and Kings of Leon, two Coachella appearances, and TV slots on Letterman and Leno followed. Six albums in, from the melodic guitar pop of their early years to the new-wave-tinged 'House' (2022), they remain one of Sweden's most consistently active indie exports.
The band played a show in Berlin in late June 2025, with activity confirmed on their official Facebook page.
Shout Out Louds performed at the Immergut Festival in Neustrelitz, Germany in late May 2025.
The band announced a special London show to celebrate the 20th anniversary of 'Howl Howl Gaff Gaff', following the April 2024 release of the 'Howl Howl Gaff Gaff Revisited' EP.
The five-track EP 'Howl Howl Gaff Gaff Revisited' was released on 5 April 2024, featuring re-recorded versions of songs from the 2003 debut.
European anniversary shows celebrating 'Howl Howl Gaff Gaff' sold out within one to three days, prompting additional German club and festival dates in 2025.
