About

The Soundtrack of Our Lives (often abbreviated TSOOL) are a Swedish rock band from Gothenburg, formed in 1995 from the ashes of punk act Union Carbide Productions. Their debut album 'Welcome to the Infant Freebase' (1996) won a Grammis for Newcomer of the Year, and the third album 'Behind the Music' earned a US Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Album in 2003. After disbanding in 2012, the classic six-piece lineup reunited in 2023 - and in 2022 they were inducted into the Swedish Music Hall of Fame.
