Blåst på julkonfekten

Dan Johansson and Tess Paulsen have worked in theatre, film and television for over thirty years - the last fifteen years often together, and eventually they founded DanTess Teater. Their production Blåst på semestern, about a middle-aged couple planning a week's holiday in the countryside where nothing goes as expected, toured the country from Skåne to Norrbotten. Following its premiere at Gothenburg City Theatre in April 2023, the theatre immediately commissioned a Christmas version.

In Blåst på julkonfekten, Kattis and Matte celebrate Christmas in a cabin in the mountains - seven days in the snow. The problem is that they have completely different ideas about how the week should unfold and what Christmas should include. The production is an everyday comedy with elements of improvisation and is highly interactive.
